VGS

Breastfeeding is vital for newborns for the first 6 months of their life. A few new moms find it very challenging due a lot of stress dealing with postpartum recovery, lack of sleep and a little human who is dependent on u 24/7 which hinders milk supply.

Here is a list of few foods that increases milk supply postpartum:

Fenugreek leaves/seeds
Fennel leaves ( Dill)
Oats milk porridge
Semolina milk porridge
Unripe Papaya
Garlic boiled in milk
Plenty of water, milk n calcium.

These are the ones that worked for me. Hope this info helps a lot of new moms out there.
